Prenatal Yoga

Prenatal Yoga meets your body wherever pregnancy has brought it — building strength for labor, relieving the aches of a changing center of gravity, and carving out a weekly moment that’s just for you.

What to expect

Priya, who is certified in prenatal yoga instruction, cues every pose with trimester-specific modifications and always offers a contraindication-free alternative. Expect hip-opening work, gentle core stability, breath practices useful for labor, and a long final relaxation.

Who it’s for

Expecting mothers at any stage of pregnancy, whether you’re new to yoga or bringing an existing practice into this next chapter. Clearance from your care provider is recommended before your first class.

What you’ll need

A mat, two blocks, a bolster or firm pillow, and a wall nearby. Modifications are offered throughout so you never have to guess what’s safe.
