If you want your Saturday morning to leave you spent in the best way, this is the class. Power Vinyasa moves fast, links breath to movement, and builds toward genuinely challenging peak poses.
What to expect
Marcus opens with a dynamic warm-up before building into sun salutation variations, arm balances, and inversions. The room runs warm and the pace rarely slows — expect to sweat within the first ten minutes.
Who it’s for
Students with an established practice who are comfortable with chaturanga, downward dog transitions, and basic inversions. New to power yoga but experienced in another style? You’ll keep up — just expect a challenge.
What you’ll need
A mat with good grip, a towel, and water. Arrive 10 minutes early on your first visit so Marcus can walk you through any pose you haven’t tried.
